    We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing e-solutions company, Fox Aircomm Private Limited. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase online presence, and generate leads. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is based in Pune, Maharashtra, India and is a full-time position.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
    • Proven experience in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns
    • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising
    • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Business Manager, and Hootsuite
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Previous experience managing a team of digital marketing specialists is a plus
    • Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics) are preferred

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and generate leads
    • Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
    • Monitor and analyze website traffic and performance using Google Analytics and other web analytics tools
    • Execute search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website visibility
    • Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms to increase audience engagement and grow follower base
    • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing efforts
