    Overview

    The CustomerSuccess Strategic Development Lead plays a critical role in drivingthe strategic development of customer success initiatives withinthe organization. This position is essential in ensuring thelongterm success and satisfaction of the companys clients bydeveloping and implementing strategic plans that align withcustomer needs and businessobjectives.


    KeyResponsibilities

    • Lead the strategicdevelopment of customer success programs andinitiatives.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams to align customer success strategies with overall businessobjectives.
    • Develop and implement customersuccess plans to drive adoption expansion andloyalty.
    • Track and report on key metricsrelated to customer successinitiatives.
    • Identify opportunities for processand operational improvements within the customer successfunction.
    • Provide leadership and guidance tothe customer success team ensuring alignment with strategicgoals.
    • Conduct regular reviews and analysis ofcustomer success programs to identify areas for growth andimprovement.
    • Build and maintain strongrelationships with key clients andstakeholders.
    • Stay updated on industry trendsand best practices in customer success and accountmanagement.
    • Collaborate with sales andmarketing teams to ensure seamless customer journey andexperience.
    • Support the development andimplementation of customer feedback and satisfactionprograms.
    • Participate in strategic planning anddecisionmaking processes related to customer successinitiatives.
    • Drive customer successrelatedcommunication and engagementstrategies.
    • Contribute to the development ofcustomer success training and onboardingprograms.


    RequiredQualifications:

    • 810Years required Experience with in Software / ITproduct.
    • Bachelors/Mastersdegree in Computer Science and withPref MBA/Business Administration or relatedfield.
    • Proven experience in a customer successaccount management or strategic developmentrole.
    • Demonstrated experience in leading anddeveloping strategic initiatives in a customerfacingrole.
    • Strong understanding ofcustomer success metrics andKPIs.
    • Excellentanalytical and problemsolvingskills.
    • Exceptional leadership andcommunication abilities.
    • Ability to collaborateand influence crossfunctional teams.
    • Experiencein developing and implementing customer successstrategies andprograms.
    • Proficiency in CRM andcustomer success management tools.
    • Proven trackrecord of driving customer satisfactionandretention.
    • Strategicplanning and projectmanagement skills.
    • Ability tothrive in a fastpaced and dynamicenvironment.
    • Keen attention to detail andresultsoriented mindset.

    • Understanding of SaaSand subscriptionbased business models(preferred).
