    Job Overview

    We are seeking an experienced Store Manager for our Tanishq store in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring sales targets are met, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position with a minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in a similar role.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail industry
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
    • Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate a team.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Knowledge of jewelry and diamonds is highly desirable.
    • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
    • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
    • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Manage and supervise the daily operations of the Tanishq store.
    • Ensure sales targets are met and strive to exceed them.
    • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Manage inventory and ensure adequate stock levels.
    • Train and develop store staff to deliver excellent sales performance.
    • Implement effective visual merchandising to enhance the store's appearance and drive sales.
    • Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth.
    • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated with industry trends.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and organization.
