    Looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us scale our technical recruiting engine. This is a unique opportunity to have an impact on Genzeon's growth directly. In this role, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, partnering with Hiring Managers to deliver strategic talent sourcing initiatives, providing market insights, coaching Hiring Managers, and ensuring alignment for an efficient and exceptional hiring experience.

    Skills Required

    • Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent in the tech industry.
    • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR technologies.
    • Experience in utilizing creative sourcing methods and cold calling to identify and attract exceptional talent currently employed at other companies.
    • Previous experience in working with startups or high-volume tech service companies is highly desirable.
