Tellme Digiinfotech Private Limited Authorised Digital Media Content Agency for Ministry of Tourism. We are in the business of Travel & Tourism - Photography.

We are hiring an Operations Executive to help us keep growing.

Responsibilities for Operations Executive:

• The candidate should be responsible for liaison with Govt depts for necessary permissions.
• Coordinate with the photography team and help to organize and plan shoot/tours.
• Provide necessary assistance for smooth functioning of events, shoots etc
• Assist and coordinate with the team on all communication related to marketing, consultant etc.
• Organizing necessary arrangements for photography team/ Management for any events/ shoots etc.
• Knowledge of tender submission for Govt departments will be an added advantage.

Qualifications:

• Degree/ Diploma in travel and tourism management
• Should be a quick learner.
• Strong communication skills, and the willingness to make phone calls, emails, and other communications with clients, Vendors, Govt depts. Etc,

Comfortable working independently when needed, or as part of a team Working knowledge of Microsoft office
