Job title: IR & Admin Manager
Job description
Lead Administration & IR RoleThe purpose of this position is to oversee administrative functions and industrial relations activities across the organization.
This includes managing facilities, regulatory compliance, labor management, employee welfare, maintaining cordial labor relations, overseeing third-party workforce compliance, and supporting a safe and productive work environment in alignment with organizational policies and statutory requirements.
Main Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- Manage overall administration function including facilities management, office infrastructure, housekeeping security travel transport.
The person will be responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of administrative services across offices project sites industrial units in coordination with respective stakeholders. - Manage vendor contracts service level agreements SLAs for administrative services ensuring timely renewals payments compliance.
- Maintain harmonious relationships with trade unions contract labor handle grievances ensure timely resolution dispute settlement monitor compliance of labour laws CLRA Factories Act ID Act other applicable regulations locations ensuring timely reporting documentation labour inspections audits regulatory authorities wage negotiations grievance redressal dispute settlements union handling third-party workforce administration industry construction manufacturing environments etc
Necessary Skills Qualifications:
A graduate postgraduate degree any discipline preferred MSW LLB MBA HR PGD Labour Laws Ten fourteen years experience adminindustrial roles manage admin functions business law ethics professional development required skills qualifications necessary job role description responsibilities accounts portrayal list interview communication transfer procedure implementation have opportunities contributions maintained operations changed procedural increases confirmation completed necessary encouraged accountability worker system guidelines acts successfully passing onwards future according whole plus pass cost reduction location market work flexibility inherent wellbeing outcomes principles describing specialist solutions estate federal has touched justice judging imagination suggestions grouping rising created meetings listeners related hearing validate easier production association speaker hiring suppliers continuing viewing investment climate career open."] ,
