Position Summary
We are looking for a technically savvy Subject Matter Expert who possesses a strong drive for results.
Duties for this position will include a broad range of tasks such as maintaining ongoing customer relationships and networking, implementing success programs, contributing to sales, onboarding and training clients, and maximize customer satisfaction.
The correct candidate should be able to provide insights on client-to-business interactions, improve customer experience through product support, handle customer requests and address customer concerns.
Successful candidates must be able to communicate clearly and effectively, possess specialized knowledge in a retail point of sale environment, be self-motivated and be a fast learner.
Subject Matter Expert is the main focal point between the customer and the company
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Management Information System or relevant field.
Experience in technical post-sales/support engineering, consulting, and/or other customer facing role consulting on, delivering technical products or services.
Experience in Internet technologies, standards and protocols, including SQL, scripts, Web architecture and design, xml and json formatting.
Thorough understanding and experience in retail solutions.
Demonstrated problem solving skills, drive for results, interpersonal savvy, and customer focus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively present technical and business-related subjects to all audiences.
Desired Qualifications
Technical programming background, Web Services experience a plus
Experience with hosting or developing Internet delivered applications, managed security services, enterprise and data center networks
Strong problem-solving and creative thinking
Being capable to manage workflow, build relationships, ask questions, flexible, positive and accept changes are critical to achieve professional success in this job position.
