Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketing Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential donors and supporters to raise awareness and funds for our tree plantation projects. This role is pivotal in expanding our impact and furthering our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential donors to inform them about the foundation's projects and the impact of their contributions.

Maintain and update donor information in the database accurately.

Answer incoming calls from prospective donors, addressing their queries and encouraging donations.

Follow up on previous calls and manage a list of potential donors to ensure engagement and contributions.

Work closely with the marketing team to understand and communicate project goals, achievements, and donation processes effectively.

Achieve specified fundraising targets and objectives within deadlines.

Provide feedback from donors to the management to improve strategies and operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proficiency in [Hindi and Gujarati].

Proven experience in telemarketing, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

High school diploma required; further education or qualifications in marketing, communications, or related fields is a plus.
