    Main responsibilities and duties of the role:
    Participate in the support of Pre-trades sales tool, Equity trading systems in the APAC region.
    Maintain good relationship with Front, Middle and Back Office users, provide both technical and functional assistance.
    Prioritize work with users to identify and resolve issues.
    Work closely with development team to ensure quality of deliverables.
    Participate / coordinate in system testing and release management activities.
    Proactive automate manual works and improve health check monitoring tools. KPI & Metrics to measure / improving their performance.
    Follow-up the progress/closure on incident management.
    Monitor the Equity systems to ensure their stability and reliability.
    Participate to documentation by updating Confluence page, logging incident tickets and Jira for BAU tasks.

    Provides level 1 and level 2 support, works on shift assuring the accessibility of applications hosted in Head office and in Asia, mainly:

    Booking Systems :
    SophisPretrade system : Tradevision , VIP K2 , MAPS ( internal )

    Participates in the delivery of projects, including but not limited to:Systems enhancements & efficienciesUpgrade of existing systems or roll out of new systems for APAC platformHead-Office systems/processes roll out in APAC


    Technical skill requirements:

    Software :

    SophisMiddleware tools :
    Ctrl-M, Zabbix, XLDeploy, Grid Computing (Datasynapse, in house), MQScripting language : Perl, Powershell, ShellOperating system : Windows, Red Hat, Solaris


    RDBMS :
    Oracle, Sql serverGood writing & oral English skill.


    Job Qualification:


    Bachelor degree holder in computer-related field3-5 years experience Application Support role preferably in Equities TradingExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsBasic understanding on Equities / Fixed Income products or knowledge of financial market.
