    Description

    About the Role:

    We're seeking a full-time business analyst to join our team and contribute to transforming data into actionable insights that shape our business strategies.


    • Possessing strong analytical and problemsolving skills, along with a genuine enthusiasm for data, is essential.
    • Your responsibilities will include conducting indepth analysis to inform strategic business decisions, creating insightful reports and interactive dashboards, and enhancing our data infrastructure.
    • Proficiency in advanced Excel, and SQL is required for this role.
    • This position offers an excellent opportunity to immerse yourself in the realms of business analysis and business intelligence within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Understand what the business wants and make plans to analyze data to help them.
    • Gather, organize, and clean data from different places using tools like SQL, Excel, and Python.
    • Look through data to find trends, patterns, and connections.
    • Create visual representations, such as charts and graphs, to effectively communicate complex data to nontechnical stakeholders.
    • Create dashboards to keep track of important things.
    • Check to make sure the data is good and fix any problems with it.
    • Write down how to do certain tech jobs and work with other tech people to get them done.
    • Help out with any special data requests from the business.
    • Keep learning about the best ways to work with data.
    • Join meetings with your team and help make rules for how to do things.
    • Keep private information safe and follow rules about it.

    Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, or a related field.
    • Good at Advanced Excel, Google Sheets and SQL.
    • Preferably with proficiency in data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent.
    • Strong skills in analysis, problemsolving, attention to detail, and accuracy.
    • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
    • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in the SaaS industry or technology sector.
    • Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, or other relevant software is a plus.
