- Responsible to develop mold design concepts and complete fabrication.
- Responsible for designing of Assembly tools, Jigs and Fixtures
- Responsible for drafting of all the tools designed.
- Responsible for applying problem solving tools to solve the internal and external concerns.
- Responsible for incoming inspections of series moulds.
- Responsible for improvement & modification of exiting tools.
- Responsible for managing moulds related documents.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with Cross Functional Teams
- Ability to work successfully under pressure of tight timelines and frequent changes to a heavy workload.
- Any other task assigned time to time as per need of the organization by HOD.
- Record every design task in the excel sheet for proper tracking of tasks in day to day activity.
- Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment.
- Know and apply in their daily work, health and safety
- Make efficient use of resources and tools in order to
- Keep the work area tidy by the 5S methodology.
- Take care of role and responsibilities as assigned by the management time to time.

·Knowledge about Process of Rubber injection molding.
·Experience of working on Teamcenter is desired.
