- Conduct 34 inperson client meetings daily to discuss service enrichment, renewals, and upgradation opportunities.
- Act as a single point of contact and problemsolver, proactively addressing client inquiries and concerns.
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets through customer retention (renewals) and upselling additional services that meet client needs.
- Develop and maintain strong, longterm relationships with your assigned client base.
- Identify upsell and crosssell opportunities based on a deep understanding of client needs and business goals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations that showcase the value proposition of your offerings.
- Track and analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in client sales and service (relevant industry experience a plus).
- A proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and dealclosing skills.
- The ability to build and maintain strong, longterm client relationships.
- A passion for exceeding client expectations and building successful partnerships.
- The ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
