    Description
    Manage a portfolio of approximately 110 existing customer accounts.

    • Conduct 34 inperson client meetings daily to discuss service enrichment, renewals, and upgradation opportunities.
    • Act as a single point of contact and problemsolver, proactively addressing client inquiries and concerns.
    • Achieve and exceed revenue targets through customer retention (renewals) and upselling additional services that meet client needs.
    • Develop and maintain strong, longterm relationships with your assigned client base.
    • Identify upsell and crosssell opportunities based on a deep understanding of client needs and business goals.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations that showcase the value proposition of your offerings.
    • Track and analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
    You will be successful in this role if you have:

    • A minimum of 2 years of experience in client sales and service (relevant industry experience a plus).
    • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
    • Strong negotiation and dealclosing skills.
    • The ability to build and maintain strong, longterm client relationships.
    • A passion for exceeding client expectations and building successful partnerships.
    • The ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
