    By Installing TEQBOT Smart Controller with the existing switch board we can control all the electrical appliances by Mobile App from anywhere in the World , voice control by Alexa , no need to change wiring , switches , appliances .

    Job Description:

    We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Representative to join our team and drive the sales of smart switches in designated territories. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets , Freshers can also apply .

    :Responsibilities

    1. Territory Management: Take ownership of assigned territories, develop strategic plans, and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
    2. Customer Acquisition: Identify and target potential customers such as home owners ,builders, University , Schools , Hotels , Hospitals , gyms , offices to expand the customer base.
    3. Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with existing and prospective customers through regular visits, product demonstrations, and effective communication to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.
    4. Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of smart switches and related products, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages, to effectively communicate with customers and address inquiries.
    5. Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations to educate customers on the benefits and applications of smart switches, influencing purchase decisions.
    6. Sales Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with customers to close deals while maximizing profitability and maintaining customer satisfaction.
    7. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including sales calls, meetings, leads, and opportunities , and provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
    8. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for business growth and maintain a competitive edge.
    9. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment of sales strategies with company objectives and provide feedback on customer needs and market requirements.

    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field .
    2. Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the technology or electrical industry.
    3. Strong sales skills with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
    4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    5. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to prospecting and sales.
    6. Ability to travel within assigned territories and work independently.
    7. Knowledge of smart home technologies and electrical systems is a plus.
