    Roles & Responsibilities :

    • Collaborate with Developers, Testers, UX Designers, and Product Managers/ Business Owners to turn high level project objectives into stories with feature details in an agile development environment
    • Champion Agile development cycles, authoring and testing user stories
    • Spearhead the User Acceptance Test phase by creating a User Acceptance Test plan, authoring test user stories, participating in the testing phase
    • Lead and drive sprint plan, dependencies and manage relevant stakeholder expectations
    • Participate in cost and effort estimation and challenge teams on assumptions, tasks and efforts
    • Effectively coordinate and facilitate workshops and meetings as needed for the project clarity and success.
    • Manage projects, drive delivery, plan/organize work, manage risks and communicate effectively
    • Effectively balance tradeoffs between cost/schedule versus business benefit.
    • Provide thought leadership to the team on massivescale application issues such as reliability,serviceability, and performance

    Education :

    • BE / B.Tech / M.Tech from reputed institute in computer science or equivalent work experience

    Required Experience & Skills :

    • 46 years of total professional experience
    • 2+ years of experience in Product management and Mobile App development
    • 2+ years of experience in Agile application development projects
    • Familiarity with Native Mobile App development and understanding of typical technology setup and architecture for large scale, complex, App and progressive web applications
    • Conducting A/B tests and other qualitative and quantitative analysis.
    • Diligent with Product Metrics, Surveys, Customer Research and Analytics
    • Experience in customer acquisition strategies, and campaign to boost customer retention, MAUs and Overall Downloads
    • Develop Product Positioning and translate into measurable KPIs
    • Proven experience in using Planning, analysis and documentation tools like Jira, Confluence
    • MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint
    • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to maintain longterm business relationships
    • Selfstarter, selfmotivated and ability to work with minimal supervision
    • Work transparently in a nonhierarchical, matrixbased organization structure
