    We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Manager to drive the growth and success of our luxury portfolio.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Strategic Brand Management: Develop overall brand strategy, annual plans, and budgets across various geographies. Lead the conceptualization, development, and execution of impactful brand campaigns that elevate brand experience and build customer advocacy.
    • Portfolio/Launch Management: Lead the launch process for key projects/land parcels in the portfolio. Collaborate on project strategy, positioning, and GTM to drive successful launches. Create compelling campaigns executed based on project differentiators, market understanding, and customer needs.
