    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Purchasing Executive at Mits Healthcare Pvt Ltd. This full-time position is based in Panchkula, Haryana, India, offering the opportunity to work within a leading pharmaceutical company.

    About the Role:

    The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring timely delivery of quality products, and maintaining accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and products
    2. Evaluate and compare supplier proposals, negotiate contracts, and make informed purchasing decisions
    3. Monitor inventory levels and facilitate timely replenishment
    4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their purchasing needs and requirements
    5. Analyze purchasing trends and provide recommendations for process improvements
    6. Stay updated on industry trends and developments related to pharmaceutical products
    7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

    Requirements:

    • B Pharma, M Pharma, BSc Biotechnology, or MSc Biotechnology degree
    • Fresher: Less than 1 year of experience in purchasing or procurement
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
    • Knowledge of market research techniques

    Estimated Salary: ₹50,000 - ₹80,000 per month
