Ensure the overall delivery and quality of the unit's offerings to Key customers in Natural & synthetic colours
Engage in key or targeted customer activities.
Oversee key hiring and talent development programs.
Evaluate and decide upon key investments in equipment, infrastructure, and talent.
Communicate strategy and results to entire team.
Must ensure the development and implementation of a clear strategic plan for an organization or business unit.
Manage outstanding and credit process with key customers.
Identify and develop markets for India, Bangladesh and Srilanka
