    Description

    Builds strategy as part of entire sales team of all domestic market for Synthetic colours

    Oversee daily operations of the all Sales team, coordinate the development of key performance goals

    Leads execution of the strategy in sales,marketing and product innovation

    Provides visible leadership for our brandvalues, culture and sustainability

    Builds a strong B2B sales and marketing function to Synthetic & natural colours

    Builds key relationships with key clients and stakeholders

    Manages sales channel , dealers distributors network and brandreputation risks

    Ensure the development of tactical programs to pursue targeted goals and objectives.

    Ensure the overall delivery and quality of the unit's offerings to Key customers in Natural & synthetic colours

    Engage in key or targeted customer activities.

    Oversee key hiring and talent development programs.

    Evaluate and decide upon key investments in equipment, infrastructure, and talent.

    Communicate strategy and results to entire team.

    Must ensure the development and implementation of a clear strategic plan for an organization or business unit.

    Manage outstanding and credit process with key customers.

    Identify and develop markets for India, Bangladesh and Srilanka

    Develop business in our markets.
