    Description

    Position Overview

    · Data & Intelligence – Analytics & Data ManagementFunctions/Teams

    a.Build/maintain data analytics & intelligence capabilities, support management of data & analyticsecosystem

    b.Work directly with technology teams and data product owners to design and implement a center of excellence around data analytics, business intelligence and visualizationstrategies

    c.Build data intelligence solutions including data quality tools, data on demand, executivereports/dashboards

    d.Initiate and drive process, technology, and data improvement projects across the Operationsorganization

    e.Maintain analytics pipeline of projects, on-going prioritization and progress reporting against thepipeline

    Qualifications & Experience

    1.Bachelor's degree with excellent academic record and 3-5 years of related workexperience

    2.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projectssimultaneously

    3.Keenattentiontodetail,givenoutputsandworkproductswillultimatelybedeliveredto Firm executives and broader leadership

    4.Strong team player with an entrepreneurial predisposition and excellent interpersonalskills

    5.Passion for training and career development; excels in a rigorous and fast-paced workenvironment

    6.Self-starter with a strong work ethic and genuine willingness to learn, results-oriented, and highlyaccountable

    7.Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with various internal and externalconstituents

    8.Excellent verbal and written professional communication skills; [fluent inEnglish]

    9.Flexible with regards to working hours and timezones

    10.Working knowledge of private equity, credit and realassets

    11.Prior experience in Intelligence, Product Owner or Analyticsroles

    12.Working knowledge of tools like Alteryx, Tableau, SQL, Seismic, Salesforce, Snowflakepreferred

    Strong proficiency in MS Office product suite - PowerPoint, Excel, Word,etc.
