We are committed to excellence and innovation in ourindustry driving growth and contributing to the success of thesector.Role Overview:As a Finance and projects Manager in theDeputy CFOs office you will play a pivotal role in driving businessdevelopment for growth projects analyzing returns and assisting theBoard of Directors in investment decisions for capitalexpenditures. Your responsibilities will include monitoring projectprogress preparing documentation for project fundraising analyzingweekly and monthly company performance and identifyingopportunities for costreduction.
Qualifications:MBA from Tier 1 Bschool (fulltime) Preferred fromIIMSalary Range:The salary for this position is in therange of 2030 Lakhs depending onexperience.
KeyResponsibilities:

1. Supportbusiness development for growthprojects.
2. Analyzereturns and provide insights for investment decisions on capitalexpenditures.
3. Monitorthe progress of ongoingprojects.
4. Preparedocumentation for fundraising of approvedprojects.
5. Analyze andreport on weekly and monthly companyperformance.
6. Identifyopportunities for cost reductioninitiatives.

Experience:

• 46 years of experience across Banks/NBFCs (in project finance teams)and/or Big 4 Consulting teams for projects (Mining Steel orInfrastructure industrypreferred).
• Understandingof industry financial and creditprinciples.
• Strongfinancial modeling and analytical skills (ability to develop modelsfrom scratch).
• Abilityto be a selfstarter and think strategically to independently handleassigned projects highlighting risks andreturns.
• Maintainhealthy relationships with external and internal stakeholders toachieve teamgoals.
• Ability tounderstand simplify and present complexproblems.
• Goodcommunication skills both internal and externalstakeholders.
• Goodnetworking skills across Banks/NBFCs and Consultants operating inthespace.
