    Description

    Position Summary:

    We are seeking a motivated and experienced Field Executive to join our team. As a Field Executive, you will be responsible for executing various on-site tasks, engaging with clients, promoting products or services, and representing the company in a professional manner. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work independently while achieving targets and objectives.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Conduct field visits to assigned locations to execute specific tasks as per the company's requirements.
    2. Engage with potential clients, customers, or partners to promote products, services, or campaigns effectively.
    3. Build and maintain positive relationships with existing clients, addressing their queries, concerns, or complaints promptly and professionally.
    4. Collect market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback during field visits, and report findings to the appropriate stakeholders.
    5. Identify new business opportunities and potential leads while actively contributing to the company's sales efforts.
    6. Ensure proper product placement and visibility in assigned stores or outlets, working closely with visual merchandising teams if applicable.
    7. Conduct product demonstrations or training sessions for clients and customers, highlighting key features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
    8. Monitor stock levels at retail locations, replenish inventory when necessary, and provide sales reports or stock updates to the relevant teams.
    9. Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and customer service to coordinate activities and achieve common goals.
    10. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines while representing the company's brand image and values.

    Requirements:

    1. Bachelor's Degree is a must. Additional relevant certifications or coursework will be a plus.
    2. At least 1 year of experience as a Field Executive or in a similar field-based role.
    3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse individuals and build rapport quickly.
    4. Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence customer buying decisions and close deals effectively.
    5. Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and achieve assigned objectives.
    6. Good problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and make decisions in dynamic situations.
    7. Basic knowledge of sales techniques, customer service principles, and product knowledge.
    8. Proficiency in using mobile devices, apps, or software for reporting, data collection, or communication purposes.
    9. Valid driver's license and a reliable mode of transportation to travel to various locations as required.
    10. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours or weekends, depending on business needs.
