- Greet passengers, verify tickets, and travel documents (passport, visa, etc.)
- Assign seats to passengers and issue boarding passes
- Assist with baggage check-in and weigh luggage
- Provide assistance to passengers, including those with special needs or experiencing fear of flying
- Process passengers at the boarding gate, ensuring they have the correct boarding pass and documents
- Receive bookings, make reservations in the GDS System, and pass the booking to the Consolidator to issue tickets
- Perform billing in the accounting software and send bills to clients
- Handle reservations and ticketing for domestic and international flights
- Communicate with clients over the telephone, email, and WhatsApp
- Take care of passenger safety and security on flights
- Serve meals on board with a hospitality attitude
- No prior experience required
- Secondary School, Vocational Course, Diploma, Advanced/Higher Diploma, Professional Degree
- Air Hostess role in the Aviation industry
- Full-time employment in India
