Manage client expectations and ensure high satisfaction scores Lead and mentor a team of NetSuite administrators providing day-to-day support Foster a collaborative team culture focused on quality and continuous improvement Oversee delivery of monthly managed services hours and ensure SLA compliance Monitor support ticket queues response times and resolution metrics Coordinate system maintenance upgrades and release management activities Develop maintain support processes documentation knowledge base articles Escalate critical issues coordinate resolution across technical teams Track report service delivery metrics utilization client health Identify opportunities for service expansion additional client value Contribute to managed services methodology best practice development Stay current NetSuite product updates industry trends+

- 6-8 years of NetSuite experience with at least 2-3 years in a client-facing leadership role
- Proven managed services experience delivering ongoing support administration
