As Team Manager in Machine Shop you will be responsible to plan and execute daily operations in Al Phase Cylinder Head reporting to Section Head Al Phase CH key responsibilities include planning execution of daily module wise CH production adhering production demand in engine assembly as per PPC facilitating team members providing resources meeting production targets optimizing resources ensuring execution plan meeting quality productivity cost timelines sustaining TPM related activities maintaining healthy employee relationship motivating employees avoiding ER issues achieving IMS EnMS objectives adhering systems procedures resource conservation section.
