    About the Role

    We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of key accounts, achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross-sell potential within existing customers to maximise share of wallet.

    Responsibilities

    • Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow-up
    • Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs
    • Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders
    • Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback
    • Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients
    • New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions
    • Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities
    • Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients
    • Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets
    • Building the sales funnel generating leads via cold calling, emailing and other lead generation activities
    • Handling incoming queries and building good client relationships
    • Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision-makers and understanding their requirements
    • Handing over qualified leads to the sales teams with the objective of closing the sale
    • Maintaining and updating the lead generation database
    • Achieving weekly/monthly targets as set out by the business

    About You

    We are looking for someone with at least 1 year experience within a B2B Sales / Account Executive or Inside Sales / Sales Development Representative role, ideally within the Computer Hardware, IT Infrastructure / Blockchain / Cloud Computing and IT Services industry. You should have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets, possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills, and have working knowledge of inside sales, business development, software sales, IT sales, cyber sales, solution sales, ERP sales and CRM sales. You should also be a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience, be a strong networker & relationship builder, and highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments.

    Salary and Benefits

    The estimated salary for this position is ₹30-40 lakhs per annum (approximately $38,000-$52,000 USD), depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
