    Technical Recruiter

    About the Role

    We are seeking a skilled IT Recruiter to support our end-to-end recruitment efforts for various IT positions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews and supporting onboarding activities.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Sourcing and screening of IT candidates through job portals, social media and databases.
    1. Conduct initial screening calls and shortlist suitable profiles based on job requirements.
    • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, including interview schedules and follow-ups.
    Key Requirements:
    Essential Qualifications: G raduate in any discipline , Good communication skills , Willingness to work night shifts in US time zones . Basic knowledge of recruitment or HR principles is preferred.
