    Description

    Role & Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for all marketingrelated functions.
    • Responsible for awards entry, delegate, and subscriptions revenues.
    • Managing a team of marketing and telesales executives.
    • Creating and implementing marketing strategies across brands, products,services, target groups , Impact, , Pitch, , , Realty Plus, , 25+ awards brands, 30+ conference brands and 20+ custom events.
    • Working alongside sales and event production teams to help identify new products and identify newer target audiences for existing products and brands.
    • Setting and managing marketing budgets to maximise ROI.
    • Engaging with and positioning the products clearly and effectively in front of the target audience to generate revenue.
    • Defining and overseeing marketing communications via all appropriate channels, with an emphasis on online, social, email, content marketing and telesales
    • Using customer analytics (e.g., customer behaviour, campaign results) to develop goto market activities.
    • Managing external partnerships (e.g., media, barters, research, etc.)

    Requirements:

    • Proven B2B marketing experience.
    • Significant experience in managing a marketing team.
    • Experience of setting marketing strategy and handson implementation.
    • Proven experience with product development and revenue generation.
    • Through knowledge ofsocial media marketing.
    • Knowledge of advertising, media and marketing domains would be beneficial.
    • Creative, lateral thinker who can develop ideas and manage change.
    • Audience focused.
    • Strong project management skills.
    • Results driven.
    • A degree in marketing is desirable but not essential.
    • Good knowledge of marketing technologies
