    JD for the internship program

    Requirement:

    We are seeking highly motivated and proactive interns to assist in the launch of our new Business-to-Consumer (B2C) EdTech program.

    This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the development and execution of strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

    The interns will work closely with our Solution, marketing, content development, and product teams to ensure the successful launch and growth of the program.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Market Research:
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and target audience preferences in the EdTech industry.
    • Analyze customer needs and feedback to inform program development and positioning.
    1. Content Development:
    • Assist in the creation of engaging educational content, including articles, videos, and interactive learning materials.
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to ensure content accuracy and alignment with program objectives.
    1. User Acquisition and Engagement:
    • Support the development and implementation of user acquisition strategies across various digital channels, including social media, email marketing, and partnerships.
    • Help create and optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and promotional materials to drive conversions and user engagement.
    1. Performance Tracking and Reporting:
    • Monitor key performance metrics, such as website traffic, user engagement, and conversion rates, using analytics tools.
    • Generate regular reports and insights to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

    Qualifications:

    • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's program with Strong interest in the education technology industry and a passion for driving positive learning outcomes.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
