    Define and implement the Licensingstrategic and operational plan for the Fashion TV brands to deliverbusinessgrowth globally that is fullyaligned to the design studio and creative media team sstrategies.

    Drive sales growth bystrategically expanding the portfolio of customers andproducts.

    Management of the licensingprograms in line within over arching brandstrategies Agree and monitor annual businessplans for all brand licensees Conductanalysis to ensure sustainable revenuedevelopment Oversee the licensing budget andspend from a planning and tactical perspective analyzingperformance of actualresults againstfinancial goals.

    Analyze market and consumertrends to identify new license opportunities ensuring the Directoris fully briefed andin agreement maintainingfull collaborative working with Licensing andCreative.

    Lead the Licensing Team to deliverthoughtful welldefined brand strategies to maximize financialopportunities Oversee all creativedevelopment within the Licensing Team.

    Negotiating and securing new licensing and licensed promotionspartners strong partnerships Broaden appealto a wider consumer base by instigating a diverse new productprofile across a strategic crosssection ofpotential licensees Create and deliver aframework that strengthens all brands across differentcategories.

    Oversee all licensing briefs toMarketing as part of a response to a brief covering brand creativecustomermarketing/point of sale advertisingpublic relations media planning/buying consumer insights andsocialenterprise within the annual andseasonal business and go to market calendarsrespectively.
