    Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant - PMO Workforce Empowerment.
    In this role, respond promptly to incidents, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to minimize disruption to operations.

    Responsibilities
    1. Maintain detailed incident logs and documentation using Excel, recording incident details, resolutions, and any relevant information for analysis and reporting purposes.
    2. Effectively communicate incident details, updates, and resolutions to stakeholders, both verbally and in written reports or presentations.
    3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate incident response efforts, share information, and ensure timely resolution of incidents.
    4. Identify opportunities to improve the processes and procedures.
    5. Maintain a customer-focused approach, ensuring stakeholders are kept informed throughout the incident lifecycle and their needs are met effectively.
    6. Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in responding to evolving incident scenarios and requirements, adjusting strategies and priorities as needed.
    7. Pay close attention to detail when documenting incidents and analysing data in Excel, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.

    Qualifications we seek in you
    Minimum Qualifications
    1. Understanding of IT systems, networks, and applications to effectively manage and resolve incidents.
    2. Ability to analyse complex issues, identify root causes, and develop practical solutions under pressure.
    3. Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate incident details, updates, and resolutions clearly to stakeholders.
    4. Capacity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, IT, and business units, to coordinate incident response efforts.
    5. Thoroughness in documenting incidents, capturing relevant information, and maintaining accurate records for analysis and reporting.
    6. Skill in prioritizing incidents based on severity, impact, and urgency to allocate resources effectively and minimize disruptions.
    7. Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations, quickly adapting to changing circumstances and requirements.
    8. Commitment to delivering excellent customer service by keeping stakeholders informed, managing expectations, and ensuring timely resolution of incidents.
