Job summary
The ServiceNow QA Testing Analyst Senior is responsible for planning integration test casing scripting and execution of all testing to ensure proper coverage schedules and leads test deliverables review sessions as necessary works on multiple projects systems as a project team member and are considered to be a subject matter expert for a single project system These projects are of moderate to high complexity within one or more development environments Collaborate with the Business Systems Analysts and Development teams in the analysis and review of business objectives and requirements to ensure requirements are testable Actively participate in the review of architectural technical design specifications Develop document maintain the test data data validation end to end testing flows Conducts testing using HNB manual automated test processes reports results May run database queries order supply data validation within test scripts Updates test cases based approved change requests Works with BSAs Development teams defect analysis triage Assigns defect severity manages defects throughout project Works colleagues project managers meet established target dates completion activitiesdeliverables under changing conditions Creates status reports per project guidelines Creates results summary deliverables production implementation readiness Creates facilitates review Test Strategy with project team Identifies any potential quality issues defined processes escalates immediately management Collects sign off from participants including cross impacted application teams Ensures aspects such as manual execution regression automation performance testing completed Collaborates Project Test Lead estimating efforts Collaborates support UAT efforts needed Maintains regression bed meet changing requirements Participates off hour production releases needed Supports warranty period needed Works under moderate supervision latitude independent judgement problem solving Provides mentorship junior members Understand follows lifecycle methodology consistently Performs other duties assigned ServiceNow platform
