    Description

    Scope of Work :

    As a Project Manager- Business Analyst (PM-BA), the individual will mediate between the developer, Quality Assurance, and UAT.


    It is collecting requirements from the business, developing it by the developer, testing it with the help of QA and UAT, and ensuring the rollout to production.



    Job Responsibilities :


    Program Delivery Planning :


    • Take all factors of the previous year's performance, operational cost, and budgets and prepare the plan for the current year concerning Project deadlines and timelines
    • Plan detailed workflows and timelines on a monthonmonth basis and align the team to these work plans
    • Plan and estimate the requirements for the respective project & prioritize the same
    Project Management - Operations :

    • Coordinate and complete the 'Requirements Gathering' phase in alignment with the Team members with a primary analysis of the requirements of the Project
    • Ensure to execute the Project health communication and updates to the management and the team members
    • Develop all the Project requirements, develop the Programme code with the team's help, and then get the code tested
    • Provide endtoend project management on IT Projects
    • Understand if there are loopholes in the Project delivery and resolve them
    • Update and maintain various Project documents
    • Communicate Project status, Project deliverables, and issues to Senior Management promptly
    • Deliver projects on time ensuring timely quality standards are met
    • Ensure strict adherence to efficient code management and tools used for Project delivery
    Stakeholder Management & Reporting :

    • Collaborate with internal and external teams to design, develop, and implement IT Projects
    • Prepare regular status reports and submit them to the leadership team
    • Create an environment that promotes collaborative learning and collective ownership of responsibilities
    • Evaluate the impact of the delivery to the client with effective monitoring tools
    • Work cohesively with the Team and the Management to achieve the desired organizational goals
