Job Description:

As a Travel Consultant at The Singing Grass, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting clients in planning and booking their adventure and experience trips to exotic destinations, including mountaineering, hiking, and safari experiences.
• Providing exceptional customer service with a customer-centric mentality, ensuring that each client's needs and preferences are met with enthusiasm and efficiency.
• Demonstrating a go-getter attitude and energetic approach to sales and customer interactions.
• Communicating fluently in English and either Bengali or Hindi to cater to our diverse clientele.
• Working collaboratively with head office personnel to coordinate bookings, resolve issues, and ensure smooth trip operations.
• Having the opportunity to visit the company's international properties to gain firsthand experience and knowledge of our destinations.
• Adhering to company policies and procedures while maintaining professionalism and integrity in all interactions.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English and Bengali or Hindi.
• Energetic attitude with a passion for adventure and travel.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
• Ability to work remotely and collaboratively with team members.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for training or company-related purposes.

Salary and Benefits:

• Annual base salary starting at INR 250,000.
