    Description

    Accounts & Reports: Knowledge & experience in TDS, GST, Accounts Reconciliation

    Financial Transactions: Recording and managing day-to-day financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.

    Bookkeeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date ledgers, ensuring that financial records are complete and accurate.

    Bank Reconciliation: Reconciling bank statements and ensuring that the company's financial records match the bank's records.

    Invoice Processing: Generating and processing invoices, verifying the accuracy of billing data, and ensuring timely payments.

    Expense Management: Managing and processing employee expenses, verifying receipts, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

    Import & Export Knowledge:

    Import & Exports: Knowledge of import and exports with customs knowledge for Regular shipments.

    Import & Exports of Service: Knowledge of import and exports with customs knowledge for Repairs and return of shipments.

    Handed the Customs Activities: They have good experience with handling the Bank Guarantee and customs documents.

    Maintain the reports: they have maintained good records & and reports for the bank and management for audit.

    Work closely with Freight Forwarders and the Production team to arrange for the transportation of international inbound shipments.

    Understanding of the receiving process, and discrepancy handling.

    Manage the movement of products/equipment/materials in and/or our of the country by organizational policy and procedure and to comply with relevant local, country, and international laws and processes.

    Manage the necessary documentation and online forms for the efficient, cost-effective, and lawful execution of all import/export activities.

    Maintain and share with colleagues as appropriate, personal knowledge of all relevant import/export laws and procedures; tariffs and duties; licenses and restrictions.

    Manage financial and currency processes and transactions by policy and law, and optimize cost-effectiveness of activities.

    Communicate with export and import and related authorities, and customers and suppliers, in all relevant territories and countries, as necessary to ensure efficient, positive, and lawful relations, support, and activities.

    Plan and implement import/export strategy and activities consistent with the overall aims and requirements of the organization.

    Manage all staff reporting to the position to recruit effectively, train, evaluate, motivate, delegate, and monitor their activities.

    Requirements : 1-2 years of experience in TDS, GST & Basic knowledge in Imports & Exports

    Education : Graduate/postgraduate Preferably Male candidates only Saturday working
