    Job Overview

    We are seeking a talented and motivated Account Executive to join our team at Sambhav Pay. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with our existing clients, as well as identifying and acquiring new clients. This role will be based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India, and is a full-time position. The ideal candidate for this role should have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role in the financial services, IT, Ecommerce & Finance or Fintech industry.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Previous experience as an Account Executive or in a similar role in the financial services, IT, Ecommerce & Finance or Fintech industry.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
    • Strong knowledge of financial data and the ability to analyze and interpret financial statements
    • Excellent customer relationship management (CRM) skills
    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and oral
    • Strong business acumen and understanding of finance
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
    • Excellent organization skills and ability to multitask
    • Experience in budgeting and financial planning
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
    • Bachelor's degree or Master Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
    • Identify and acquire new clients, using a consultative sales approach
    • Understand client needs and requirements, and tailor solutions to meet their specific business goals
    • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the organization
    • Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and performance
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer support, to ensure seamless client onboarding and support
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors, and act as a trusted advisor to clients
    • Attend industry events and conferences to build networks and generate leads
