Description

Responsibilities:

Oversee the maintenance of extensive orchards and landscaping across a 200-acre estate in Hyderabad.

Develop and implement comprehensive plans for the care and management of trees, plants, and other vegetation.

Lead a team of more than 30 full-time staff in plantation maintenance activities.

Ensure proper irrigation, fertilization, pruning, and pest control measures are implemented.

Collaborate with estate management team to enhance the aesthetic appeal and ecological sustainability of the estate.

Fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu to effectively communicate with staff and contractors.

Requirements:

Extensive experience in plantation management, preferably in a large-scale estate setting.

In-depth knowledge of horticulture, arboriculture, and landscaping techniques.

Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

Strong organizational and planning abilities.

Willingness to reside full-time onsite.
