- You have 2+ years of total experience and 1+ years of SaaS B2B sales experience,
- You know how to communicate the value of a product, service, or brand to its ideal customers, and can turn a business transaction into a long-term relationship
- You can make the potential customers realize the value of the Superset SaaS product confidently through smooth presentations and demonstrations,
- You have been tested at, challenged for and have achieved your end-to-end sales goals independently,
- Your experience in the education sector would be an added advantage.

Superset is India's largest University Recruitment Platform - a placement automation tool for universities and a digital campus hiring platform for employers. Our team is dedicated towards leveraging the technology to solve all the challenges and problems you could think of during a typical placement season.
We are a Blume Ventures backed startup (exited 2022), backed by Great Learning and BYJU's, simplifying the graduate recruitment market in India by connecting students and employers via on-campus placement cells. At present, we work with 400+ colleges and 1800+ recruiters in India and are growing fast. Companies like Capgemini, Cognizant, Hexaware, HDFC Bank, RPG Group and 100's more use Superset to automate their campus hiring process.
What will you do? | Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Business Development Manager at Superset, you will be responsible for selling Superset's flagship B2B SaaS product - campus placements automation tool - to colleges and universities. We need help with:
