Job Description:
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced

App Developer to join our dynamic team.

As an App Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing mobile applications that empower users with valuable insights and tools to enhance their agricultural operations.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that drive positive impact in the agriculture domain.

ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop innovative mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms, adhering to best practices and industry standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software engineers, data scientists, and agri experts to conceptualise and develop mobile applications tailored to the needs of the agricultural sector.

Conduct thorough testing to ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of mobile applications.
Continuously optimise and improve existing mobile applications based on user feedback, performance metrics, and emerging technologies.

Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in mobile app development, and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and methodologies.

Work closely with backend developers to integrate mobile applications with server-side technologies and APIs.
Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and maintain code quality and integrity.
Contribute to the overall software development lifecycle, including planning, estimation, and documentation

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).Proven experience as a mobile app developer with a strong portfolio of published applications on both Android and iOS platforms.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Swift, Java, Kotlin, or Flutter/Dart.
Solid understanding of mobile app architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries and APIs.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Passion for technology and a keen interest in agricultural innovation.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working on mobile app projects in the agriculture or related domains.
Familiarity with cloud platforms for scalable deployment of mobile applications.
Experience with edge computing and optimising app performance on resource-constrained devices.
Contributions to the mobile app development community, such as open-source projects or participation in relevant conferences and workshops.

Compensation:
Fixed CTC up in the range

3- 4.8 LPA (Negotiable based on experience)
