Designation:ArchitectureLead
Location:Mumbai with regular travel across project locationsin India; should haveno issue with extendedstays at projectlocations
KeyResponsibilities: Followreview and suggest improvements where required forthecurrent internal design protocolscohesively with architectureand interiordesign process techniquesdocumentationstandards and communicationmatrices to ensure simplesensible bestpractices and procedures. Ensures timelycompletion of all design / engineeringactivitiesbasis projectschedule. In house development of initialfeasibility master planningplotting andplans for select clients / projects. Leadsproduction of drawings and details withexternalconsultants for the concept designschematic design designdevelopment andconstruction documents for architecturalandassist in interior design structural MEPlandscape and otherspecializedverticals. Leads reviews the production ofhigh quality sales relateddocumentation i.e.concept notes sketches sales plan 3Drenders/ video walkthroughs and other sales andmarketingrelatedrequirements. Actively ensure best qualitythrough cost and time savingmeasures at alllevels for the design procurementandconstruction stages of theproject. Technical review vetting and valueengineering of materialsspecificationsproducts design / construction details BOQsandshop drawings from consultants andvendors. Actively seek new design materialsand construction methods.Independentlyevaluate select and apply best practices tobefollowed in house.Regular site visits and evaluate quality of constructionandexecution basis drawing and actualconstruction. Cost efficient and timelyclosure of all snags post initial handover.Knowledge of technical standards regulatory frameworksandhealth &safety. Assist design managers in timelyclosure and coordination ofindents to theprocurement teams and track delivery to sitebasisconstructionschedule. Assist and coordinate with thedesign and project managers forprojectrelated scope .Onboard lead drive and coordinatewithvarious internal teams and externalconsultants for all design /construction /procurement / sales related activities.Assist in hire drive manage the internal designmanagementteams through coaching goalsetting feedback training andreview ofperformance for the design managers on amonthlybasis. Assistwith interviewing and hiring contractors forproject Reviewing construction contracts forgeneral contractors Demonstrate consistentapplication of internal procedures Plan andprioritize demonstrating abilities to managecompetingdemandsDemonstrate abilities to anticipate and managechange Manage own career development bystaying abreast of anytechnical and industrychanges
KeyRequirements:

• Bachelors / Master s degree in Architecture
• 7 years ofexperience in real estate design management hotel/
• turnkey execution
• 2 yearsof experience in building and leadingteams
