    Our partner success team is an elite team of problem solvers and innovators who optimize Simpl's offering for all merchants on the platform. This team ensures we're meeting partner needs at the highest level possible, bringing new product and marketing ideas to life by way of perpetual feedback between merchant and our product, marketing, and tech teams. This team tells the story of our value proposition to our partners by way of business reviews and relationships, bridged by data and results. Ultimately, the goal is to make Simpl an essential part of our partner's growth and success. In the long term, success for this team means, both merchant and Simpl growth. The merchant sees value with consultative advice from the Partner success manager on different aspects of business growth to delight customers. In the process, Simpl identifies lever to improve share of wallet with the merchant.

    Responsibilities

    As a part of the team, your role will:

    ● Handhold and Monitor partner launch process after account assignment to ease them into the Simpl ecosystem

    ● Effectively and proactively engage partners in discussions on business performance, identify levers for business growth encompassing product and marketing interventions, implementation of best practices, and partner's strategic initiatives

    ● Own broad relationships across the partner organization, and cultivate those through in person meetings and ongoing dialogues

    ● Use data to build Simpl's business case and address partner inquiries or concerns, and effectively communicate results of internal analyses to partners

    ● Build and Codify growth playbook across different partner categories with a good understanding of value chain, marketing, product and other relevant levers

    ● Proactively engage the analytics team with suggestions and feedback on new merchant insights and new data and analysis needs to tell stories relevant to specific partners

    ● Establish feedback loop basis insights to feed into both Business Development and Category management strategies

    ● Help partners evolve from a transaction-focused business model towards a wholistic long term growth based approach and facilitate value exchange

    ● Aggregate and deliver key merchant insights to Product, Marketing, and Sales organized in structured, consistent, and proactive manner

    ● Amplify the voice of merchants across the organization through multiple touchpoints to identify and recommend roadmap items for different internal charters

    Preferred Qualifications & Skills

    ● 4-6 years experience in consulting ,business development ,category management, vendor management and account management

    ● Experience with fintech or ecommerce and a robust understanding of the payment landscape is a huge plus

    ● MBA from a tier 1 institute will be a plus

    ● A track record of business growth and earning trust of clients and build key relationships

    ● Experience building and delivering impactful presentations to executive-level decision makers

    ● Negotiation skills as evident from previous experience while crafting pricing strategies and taking new products to market

    ● An A+ track record of achieving and exceeding targets

    ● Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment, with exceptional attention to detail

    ● Comfortable traveling 20% to 30% of the time to meet key partners

    ● Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
