    LLB with MBA in HR. Legal qualification is preferable to understand Grievance and Policy.

    Role and Responsibility of this position:


    • Hearing Employee Grievance & Resolve as per company process within timelines.


    • Understand Policies of the company and resolve conflicts if any.


    • Understanding Employee Exit process and advice HR partners on case –to-case basis.


    • Should be able to handle domestic inquiry as per defined process.


    • Implementing the Policy relating to workplace Grievance Handling.


    • Establish work regulations and instructions within the institution.


    • Maintain confidentiality of employee information.


    • Recommending actions to be taken by the employer.


    • Conduct off-line classes on Employee Grievance Handling.


    • Handle employee related counselling session.

    Preferred qualification:


    • LLB with MBA in HR. Legal qualification is preferable to understand Grievance and Policy.
