The Technical Product Manager will be responsible for driving the development and execution of our technical product strategy, working closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and business Define and own the technical product vision, strategy, and roadmap, in collaboration with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and product marketing.

• Gather and prioritize technical requirements, working closely with stakeholders to understand customer needs, market trends, and business goals.
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of features and releases, while maintaining alignment with product vision and roadmap.
• Conduct technical feasibility assessments and provide guidance on architecture, design, and implementation decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement through feedback loops, data analysis, and experimentation, with a focus on delivering value to customers and achieving business outcomes.
• Act as a technical evangelist, effectively communicating the technical capabilities and benefits of the product to internal stakeholders, customers, and partners.
• Lead technical discussions and provide thought leadership on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in product management and software Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Proven track record of 4 years of experience in technical product management or related roles, preferably in IT Industry.
• Strong technical background with handson experience in software development, including proficiency in programming languages, web technologies, and cloud platforms.
• Experience working in agile development environments and familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make datadriven decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency.
