    Job Overview

    We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our team at LIC IMF. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

    Qualifications and Skills

    1-3 years of experience in business development or sales

    Proven track record of achieving sales targets

    Strong knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools and techniques

    Excellent negotiation and interpersonal communication skills

    Ability to effectively use telemarketing techniques to reach potential clients

    Strong written and verbal communication skills

    Self-motivated and target-driven mindset

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    Proficiency in MS Office and sales software

    Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field

    Roles and Responsibilities

    Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling

    Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, including key decision-makers

    Present and pitch our products and services to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition

    Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets

    Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients to ensure a win-win outcome

    Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation and successful client onboarding

    Generate regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and achievements

    Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor analysis

    Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales cycle
