    Role Introduction

    This role offers a wide range of responsibilities, allowing you to learn various skills and gain experience in building a fast-scaling startup.

    Responsibilities

    • Post and manage job adverts on multiple job boards.
    • Perform active candidate outreach via LinkedIn and other platforms.
    • Build screening and assessment processes, including technical assessments and video interviews.
    • Review job applications and mark assessments.
    • Perform background checks on candidates.
    • Create candidate shortlists for clients.
    • Handle candidate communication and coordination.
    • Build relationships with institutional partners, such as universities and colleges.
    • Enhance our employer brand awareness through events and networking.
    • Refine our screening and assessment process.
    • Report on and manage recruitment performance.
    • Implement action items from client calls and performance reviews.
    • Create SOPs for new and existing processes.

    Requirements

    Work Schedule & Location

    This is a fully remote role based in India, operating from Monday to Friday, 08.00 am - 17.00 pm UK time (13.30 pm - 22.30 pm IST).

    Compensation & Benefits

    We offer an annual salary of INR 5 - 7 LPA, company laptop, 15 days annual leave, 11 public holidays, and opportunities for growth within a fast-scaling business.
