    We are looking for an experienced Assembly Engineer (Production Supervisor) to join our team . As an Assembly Engineer, you will be responsible for supervising the assembly process, ensuring product quality and efficiency. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, India, and requires a senior professional with 7 to 10 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have a background in the plastic field, specifically in blow molding and injection molding.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 7-10 years of experience as an Assembly Engineer or similar role, preferably in the plastic field.
    • Strong knowledge and experience in blow molding and injection molding techniques.
    • Familiarity with CIPET (Central Institute of Plastics Engineering & Technology) standards and regulations.
    • Proven leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team.
    • Sound mechanical and hydraulic knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
    • Proficiency in maintaining accurate production records and using relevant software tools.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Supervise the assembly process to ensure production efficiency and meet quality standards.
    • Set production goals and targets, and develop strategies to improve overall productivity.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as design, engineering, and quality control, to ensure smooth production flow.
    • Train and mentor assembly line workers on the proper use of equipment and adherence to safety protocols.
    • Monitor inventory levels, and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure availability of necessary materials for assembly.
    • Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
    • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs.
    • Maintain accurate documentation of production records, including work orders, production reports, and quality control inspections.
