    976 Panangad is one of the premium 4 room villa property of one earth properties. We are looking for a maintenance engineer for One earth properties based out of 976 Panangad.He will also have to travel to other resorts of one earth properties and attend the maintenance requirements as and when it arises.

    Job responsibility

    He will be responsible for maintenance and upkeep of civil, electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems and maintenance of records related to the same in the resort.He will also co-ordinate with other maintenance agencies to ensure zero down time for RO plant, air conditioning system etc.; The maintenance department is a single man department and will get assistance from non-technical people from other departments.

    Educational qualification and experience

    A diploma holder in electrical/mechanical engineering with 7-8 years hands on experience or engineering degree holder with 5 years hands on experience in maintaining civil, mechanical and plumbing work in a hotel/resort. Person should be a resident of Kochi or nearby localities.

    Salary:Rs 28000
