Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Planning Engineer to join our team at May I Help You. As a Planning Engineer, you will be responsible for developing project schedules, monitoring progress, and identifying and resolving any issues that may impact the project timeline. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of experience in planning and scheduling, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in planning and scheduling, preferably in the consultancy or construction industry.
• Proficiency in project management software, such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and standards in project planning and scheduling.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules in accordance with project plans and objectives.
• Track project progress and ensure that all activities are on schedule.
• Identify potential risks and delays and create contingency plans to mitigate them.
• Collaborate with project managers and team members to identify dependencies and ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project costs and resource allocation to optimize project efficiency.
• Prepare progress reports and present them to the management and stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and support to project teams to ensure adherence to project schedules and deadlines.
• Use project management software and tools to facilitate effective planning and scheduling.
