• Studies factors that affect employee behavior and develop improvement plans
• Administers wellness surveys, analyze results and drive improvements.
• Counseling: Act as interface between Associates and Counselling partners.
• Help train and motivate workforce, thereby improving business efficiency and personnel wellbeing
• Evaluate employees' well-being and happiness at work and find ways to improve the work environment
• Apply psychological research to the workplace
• Prepare training materials and conduct trainings
• Engage in the company's social culture and stay productive
• Interest in how people think and process information
• Ability to empathize with a wide range of people
• Capacity for handling stressful and possible volatile situations

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Knowledge of psychological theory and practice
• Superior communication and research skills
• Graduate and master's degree in psychology
• Relevant Certifications and experience in Corporate Industry would be an added advantage
