We are seeking an experienced SAP OTC Vistex Analyst with expertise in supporting Distributor Rebates, Vendor Rebates, and Customer Rebate business processes using Vistex Chargeback, Billback, and Customer Rebates modules.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes and possess in-depth knowledge of Vistex functionality.

This role involves providing comprehensive support for rebate management and ensuring the smooth functioning of Vistex modules within the organization's SAP landscape.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand rebate requirements and translate them into Vistex configurations.
• Configure and maintain Vistex Chargeback, Billback, and Customer Rebates modules to support various rebate programs.
• Perform end-to-end testing of Vistex solutions, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Troubleshoot issues related to Vistex functionality, data discrepancies, and system integrations.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Vistex modules, including monitoring batch jobs and resolving errors.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Sales, and IT, to ensure alignment between business processes and system configurations.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals.
• Conduct training sessions for end users on Vistex functionality and best practices for rebate management.
• Stay updated on new releases and enhancements in Vistex software and recommend upgrades or optimizations to enhance system capabilities.
• Participate in project planning and implementation activities, including requirements gathering, solution design, and deployment.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.

7 to 15 years of experience in SAP OTC processes, with a focus on Vistex Chargeback, Billback, and Customer Rebates modules.

• Proficiency in configuring and customizing Vistex solutions to meet business requirements.
• Strong understanding of rebate management processes, including Distributor Rebates, Vendor Rebates, and Customer Rebates.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA systems, including integration points with Vistex modules.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Experience in end-to-end testing and support activities for SAP OTC solutions.
• Knowledge of SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) module is preferred.
• SAP certification in Vistex or relevant modules is a plus.
