Role Overview

As on SAP S4 HANA Public/Private cloud PP/QM Module Implementation consultant, you'll be responsible for guiding clients through the implementation process of SAP's Production planning and Quality Management modules within the S/4HANA Public/Private Cloud environment. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that clients achieve their Production planning activities and Quality Management process goals through the effective utilization of SAP's Solution

• Should have Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
• Should have a minimum of 4 years domain experience. Strong understanding of manufacturing process which includes Bill of material, production process flow, shop floor activities and quality management includes quality control and quality assurance business processes in Process industry, Manufacturing, Textile, Steel, Pharma and Construction etc. and industry best practices.
• Should have a minimum of 5-6 Years of SAP S4 HANA implementation/support experience.
• Must have at least one full lifecycle SAP S4 HANA private/public cloud Implementation Experience in SAP Activate methodology (Project Preparation, Explore, Realize, Deploy and Run) and one or two Roll-out/Support Project Experience
• Should have hands on experience in Requirement gathering, Solution design, Configuration and Customization, Integration with other modules, Testing, Data upload, Training, Support and Troubleshooting and Documentation.
• Should have Experience in SAP Best Practices
• Strong knowledge in configurations of PP Master data, Demand planning, Material requirement planning (MRP), Capacity planning, production/process order execution (shop floor controls), Product costing and production/process order closing.
• Strong Knowledge in configuration of QM Mater data, quality planning , Inward Inspection process , In-process inspection process, Final inspection process , quality process execution and quality notifications
• Should have experience/knowledge in Domestic (India) projects.
• Strong knowledge on master data, cutover data activities and data uploading methods
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders at all levels
• Good Knowledge in standard reports.
• SAP certification in S/4HANA PP (preferred)
• Willingness to travel to client site as needed
