    Job Overview

    We are seeking a highly motivated HR Recruiter for our Noida Sector-63 location. As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for attracting, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions within our organization. This is a full-time position based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in HR recruitment.

    Qualifications and Skills

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications and skills
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and specifications
    • Create and post job advertisements to attract potential candidates
    • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including candidate onboarding
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the HRIS system
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding recruitment and selection processes
    • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
    • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to management
